St Mark’s Church, New Lane, Eagland Hill, Pilling
St Mark’s Church, Eagland Hill, was founded for the local farming community. James “Owd Jemmy” Jenkinson laid the foundation stone in 1869, and the church opened in 1870. Built near his former cottage, it remains an important reminder of the area’s farming heritage and community.
